The N2/N3 Development Committee is progressing an inclusive, people-focused approach to development. The committee is prioritising key projects that benefit multiple areas and has put a dedicated structure in place to oversee these initiatives.

Engagements are ongoing with neighbouring development agencies, and cultural leadership has been included to ensure cultural considerations are reflected in project planning. A stakeholder management forum has also been activated to coordinate and align all relevant parties across the N2 and N3 corridors on major projects.
